MCS Consulting firm, a not-for-profit organization, is currently looking for a suitable experienced person in the role of Senior Researcher/Programme Coordinator, who is capable to manage social research projects end-to-end (i.e. Questionnaire design, Field Survey, Data Analysis and Report Writing). The report writing skill is a must, and has to be of excellent quality.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing related work in pilot projects at various locations;
- Design and Manage consultation and social research projects (variety of qualitative and quantitative research projects);
- Independently handle end-to-end survey/research work (i.e. questionnaire design, planning survey activities, data compilation, data analysis, and report writing);
- Guide team members (surveyors and research assistants) on quantitative methods and statistical issues, including statistical software usage.
Candidate Specification
The Candidate must be graduate/post-graduate (preferably in social sciences or management) and with minimum 3 years of experience in social research and report writing.
Person(s) with analytical bent of mind and having social research experience with excellent report writing skills need apply only. Preference will be given to candidates who have handled research projects from end to end.
