|• To ensure punctuality amongst all staff members (CLO's/TCLO's) • To update the attendance register by 7:00AM • Maintain /verify CDS (Collection Daily Sheet)by 7:00AM (to ensure that time and name on the CDS is correct and if there is any discrepancy, update it with seal) • To monitor4 centres per day, where early morning meetings are happening • To accompany the cashier for all cash transactions (deposits and withdrawal) from bank • To ensure efficient cash management at branch • To ensure proper maintenance of all registers at branch • To provide fund demand to RO on time • In case of any inappropriate financial activity traced, report it to DRM & TM immediately on real time basis • Cash book Verification • To verify CDS after centre meeting with signatures of members • To conduct minimum two pre-GRT per day (on a scheduled visit of TM he must have at least 3 Pre GRT) • To ensure that CGT is conducted as per guidelines • Branch upkeep &maintenance • To ensure that branch cashbook is closed by 4 PMevery day. • To ensure that all CLOs are doing 100% Loan Utilisation Check (LUC) • To conduct staff meeting every Saturday • Monthly attendance to be sent to RO by21st of every month for RM's verification • To ensure 100% audit compliance • 100% adherence to TSPL policies • 100% household visit in pre-GRT. • Death Certificate verification& documentation process to settle the claim. • Branch managers of small &mid- size branches to conduct centre visits of all centres on quarterly basis. For large size branches, timeline is semi-annually. • Must ensure that centre meeting is as per the route plan and as per scheduled time • Close monitoring of CLOs activity daily. • Bank liasioning • To ensure one copy of all documents like-DL, insurance, pollution to be kept in BO. • To ensure death claim payments are done as per procedures • To ensure every branch has Shops & Establishment Registration Certificate displayed on Notice Board. • To maintain one copy of cash payment in branch. • Ensure that the Staff Attrition of Branch staff is not happening. • Maintain a pipeline of resources in case attrition happens. __________________________________________________________________ • Be aware about the competitors working in the area& their strategy. • Be aware about RBI and MFIN guidelines • Constant training and development of CLO should be carried out. • To have 0% tolerance for any kind of manipulation at centres • All supporting documents should be maintained in branch • Ensure ethical staff behaviour with clients • Ensure Staff is nicely groomed and is dressed professionally at all times. • Ensure there is no documentation pending for branch staff to submit to HR after joining. • Ensure that all branch staff has Photo ID card, AAdhar card, PAN card, ESI Smart Cards, Corporate salary account & background reference checks have been carried out.
