Job Description
To open and close Regional Office, ensure cleanliness, coding and maintenance of fixed assets, computers, printers, cartage etc. •To meet stationery requirements of branch offices •To prepare /& renew lease deed •To maintain stock register, key register, visitor register, generator log book register and employee movement register •To arrange meetings, training and visitors’ visit (including tickets, cab and hotel bookings) •Currier tracking •To maintain CUG sheet (activation /&deactivation of new connection) •Responsible to identify location for branch office, set-up branch office with prior approval of furniture and fixture from RM/SPH •To prepare rent agreement • To keep a record of Specimen signature of all staff and update it regularly •To track a record of issues related to ID card •All other Office Administration works. • Co-ordination and liasioning with local government authority for S&E, ESI, etc
