|Ø Staying up-dated on the companys organization structure, HR Policies, regarding employment practices including attendance software and other HR initiatives.
Ø Conduct joining and exit formalities.
Ø Coordinate with HR Manager for effective implementation of HR Policies, attendance, discipline etc.
Ø Salary Processing and Payroll with sound knowledge of ESIC, PF/ EPF.
Conduct Induction Training for the new recruits/ agents in NBFC/ Micro Finance Business.
Ø Perform reference and background checks.
Ø Maintain Personal Files/ Records, HRIS and related data management, data mining.
Ø Filling and maintaining other documents and interview sheets, and personal information of all the employees.
Ø Work closely with functional Managers to identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
Ø Conduct employee engagement activities like festival and Birthday celebrations, games, other occasional activities and seminars including supporting the recruiting team during Walk-Ins and Campus recruitment Drives.
